Two independent proofsRead-only · authority movement 0

This surface shows two governed proof tracks side by side. They are separate on purpose. Two independent proof tracks. There is no causal edge between capture-to-proposal and the governed graph read: capture does not flow into the read, and neither track is a precondition, cause, or verdict for the other.

Proof A · Lineage A

Capture to proposal

A captured source is retained and handed to authoring, which composes a proposal only. This authoring-proposal track terminates at a proposal: on this track nothing is admitted, published, or verified, and this track emits no receipt or admission. (The separate governed-read track legitimately does emit signed receipts — that is Proof B.)

Capture execution-port binding · owner gap

No supported acquisition capture execution-port binding is configured. No capture is performed and no result is fabricated. See proofs/public-surface-reconstruct0/MISSING_BINDING_REPORT.json.

  1. Source capture

    unbound

    lib/counterpedia/check/acquisitionCaptureBridge.ts (acquisition.capture_url_plan.v0.1)

    The capture plan builder is present, but no acquisition capture execution-port binding is configured on this deployment. No capture is performed and no business result is manufactured. See the MISSING_BINDING_REPORT.

  2. Retained bytes

    unbound

    capture_receipt.exact_bytes_sha256 (retained-byte digest)

    The retained capture is pinned by exact_bytes_sha256. The downstream draft consumes the held bytes by reference (no second fetch); the consumed digest must equal this one.

  3. AuthoringAdmissionHandoff

    unbound

    counterpedia-authoring authoring_admission_handoff.v0.4 -> lib/counterpedia/authoringV04Crossing/authoringV04CrossingV03.ts

    The authoring draft-from-source handoff endpoint is not configured on this deployment. The crossing/terminus semantics are shown from the landed contract only.

Terminus · NOT_SUPPORTED_BY_DESIGN

authority_posture=proposal_only · admission=not_performed

Admission is NOT_SUPPORTED_BY_DESIGN on this track. The AuthoringAdmissionHandoff carries authority_posture=proposal_only; the counterpedia crossing produces a lifecycle_state=proposed record and never adjudicates admission.

Proof B · Lineage B

Governed graph read

An explicit governed read crosses the DAGR boundary. Where the producer exposes them, signed SRS receipts are independently recomputed by arcs-verify. Receipts are separate governance artifacts; they never become path evidence or truth.

Governed operation
Governed reading-room read (5 read tools via lib/counterpedia/agentReadPath.ts)
Current owner
lib/counterpedia/canonicalProofPath.ts -> app/(site)/proof-path/canonical/page.tsx
DAGR boundary
boundary:counterpedia:reading-room-demo:fastmcp (dagr-mcp)
Signed receipt
projected
Independent verification
arcs-verify reports present
CP → CG identity
never manufactured

The governed read runs through DAGR, which emitted signed SRS receipts (including a refused mutate as a negative control). arcs-verify recomputes each receipt from serialized bytes, importing no producer code. The related /connect Counterpaths graph operation is a distinct owner that exposes content digests only (receipts not_projected).

There is no aggregate verdict on this page and no field that combines the two tracks. A proposal is not an admission. A governance receipt is not path evidence and is not a truth verdict. Counterpedia identity is never manufactured into Countergraph identity.
