Integration registry

Who and what can participate — pinned snapshot, not live.

Alongside the Governance Trace this is the participants view. It is a read-only projection of a pinned, vendored OT-05 registry snapshot — not a live registry and not a second registry implementation.

Six axes, kept separate

Capability is not permission. Review/conformance evidence is not authority. Marketplace standing is not epistemic authority. Axis 5 is populated only by an explicit manifest.authority object.

Distribution standing: The listing's declared non-authoritative distribution status.
Code provenance: Package, repository, pinned revision, and license — carried as declared.
Capability: What the integration declares it can do.
Runtime permission: Declared runtime permission — separate from capability.
Explicit authority refs: Only refs declared in the optional manifest.authority object. Review evidence and conformance profiles never populate this axis.
Marketplace standing: Tier in the COMMUNITY → CONFORMANT → REVIEWED → FEATURED ladder. There is no VERIFIED tier.

This is a pinned snapshot of the registry's bytes, not a live registry and not runtime federation.
It is a projection of vendored bytes, not a second registry implementation.
The registry's own index.json is the entrypoint; identity and standing are unchanged.
Capability is not permission; review/conformance evidence is not authority; marketplace standing is not epistemic authority.
Authority appears only when manifest.authority explicitly declares separately governed profile refs.
There is no VERIFIED marketplace tier; all current listings are COMMUNITY.
AUTHORITY_MOVEMENT is 0.
