Receipt Inspector

DevTools for governed knowledge. Drop or paste a serialized artifact — an SRS receipt, an arcs-verify report, a source-session manifest, or an exported session envelope — and read what it actually declares.

This is a utility surface: it renders supplied artifacts. It runs no verifier, recomputes no digest, checks no signature, and invents no admission or standing. A receipt is not a verdict; a verifier's recomputation is not source truth; display is not verification.
